سياسة الخصوصية

توضّح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه من بيانات شخصية عبر مرج٣، ولماذا، ومع من نشاركها، وما حقوقك.
١. الجهة المسؤولة
شركة Khatib Designs Ltd (Хатиб Дизайнс ООД) المسجَّلة في صوفيا، بلغاريا، هي المتحكّم في البيانات الموصوفة هنا. للتواصل بشأن الخصوصية: hello@marj3.app.
٢. ما نجمعه ولماذا
- بيانات التواصل والطلب: اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني، واسم علامتك وموقعها وسوقها والمنافسون الذين تذكرهم، لتنفيذ التقرير وتسليمه والتواصل معك. الأساس: تنفيذ العقد.
- بيانات الفوترة: تتولى Paddle بيانات البطاقة والدفع؛ ونتلقى منها الاسم والبريد والبلد والباقة ومرجع المعاملة لإدارة طلبك. الأساس: العقد والالتزام القانوني.
- المراسلات: ما ترسله إلى hello@marj3.app، للرد عليك. الأساس: المصلحة المشروعة.
- سجلات تقنية: عنوان IP وبيانات المتصفح لدى مزوّد الاستضافة لفترة قصيرة، للأمان وتشغيل الموقع. الأساس: المصلحة المشروعة.
لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.
٣. ملفات تعريف الارتباط
لا يستخدم موقع marj3.app أدوات تحليلات ولا ملفات تعريف ارتباط إعلانية. يحفظ المتصفح اختيارك للغة فقط. وعند فتح نافذة الدفع تُحمَّل أداة Paddle التي قد تضع ملفات تعريف ارتباط لازمة للدفع ومنع الاحتيال.
٤. الأسئلة التي نرسلها إلى مساعدات الذكاء الاصطناعي
لإعداد التقرير نرسل أسئلة الشراء وأسماء العلامات والمنافسين إلى مزوّدي الذكاء الاصطناعي (حاليًا Anthropic، ومستقبلًا قد يشمل OpenAI وGoogle وPerplexity). لا نرسل إليهم اسمك أو بريدك.
٥. من نشاركه البيانات
- Cloudflare: استضافة الموقع، والشبكة، وتوجيه البريد الإلكتروني.
- Amazon Web Services: خوادم المعالجة في الاتحاد الأوروبي (ستوكهولم، السويد).
- Google Workspace: صندوق بريدنا الإلكتروني.
- Anthropic ومزوّدو الذكاء الاصطناعي المذكورون أعلاه، لأسئلة التقرير فقط.
- Paddle، التاجر المسجَّل، وهي متحكّم مستقل في بيانات الدفع وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها.
- مستشارونا المهنيون، والجهات الرسمية حين يقتضي القانون.
٦. النقل الدولي
قد يعالج بعض هؤلاء المزوّدين البيانات خارج بلدك أو خارج المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية، ومنها الولايات المتحدة. في هذه الحالة نعتمد على قرارات الكفاية أو البنود التعاقدية القياسية، وعلى ضمانات النقل التي تتطلبها أنظمة السعودية والإمارات والكويت.
٧. مدة الاحتفاظ
- بيانات الطلب والتقارير: طوال مدة اشتراكك، ثم حتى ٢٤ شهرًا بعد آخر طلب، ثم تُحذف.
- سجلات الفوترة: المدة التي يفرضها قانون الضرائب والمحاسبة (في بلغاريا حتى ١٠ سنوات عمومًا).
- المراسلات التي لم تتحول إلى طلب: حتى ٢٤ شهرًا.
٨. حقوقك
يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو نقلها، وتقييد معالجتها أو الاعتراض عليها، وسحب موافقتك في أي وقت. راسلنا على hello@marj3.app وسنرد خلال شهر. تستند هذه الحقوق إلى اللائحة الأوروبية العامة لحماية البيانات، ونظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في السعودية، والمرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم ٤٥ لسنة ٢٠٢١ في الإمارات، ولائحة حماية خصوصية البيانات الصادرة عن هيئة الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات في الكويت. ويحق لك تقديم شكوى إلى لجنة حماية البيانات الشخصية في بلغاريا أو إلى الجهة المختصة في بلدك، مثل سدايا في السعودية أو مكتب الإمارات للبيانات أو هيئة الاتصالات في الكويت.
٩. الأمان
جميع الاتصالات مشفّرة عبر HTTPS، والوصول إلى البيانات مقصور على من يحتاجه. وإذا تعرّضت بياناتك لاختراق فسنبلغك ونبلغ الجهة المختصة كما يقتضي القانون.
١٠. التحديثات
سننشر أي تحديث هنا، ويبيّن التاريخ أعلاه آخر نسخة. عند أي اختلاف تُعتمد النسخة الإنجليزية.
This policy explains what personal data Marj3 collects, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have.
1. Who is responsible
Khatib Designs Ltd (Хатиб Дизайнс ООД), registered in Sofia, Bulgaria, is the controller of the data described here. Privacy contact: hello@marj3.app.
2. What we collect and why
- Contact and order details — your name and email, and your brand name, website, market and any competitors you list, to produce and deliver your report and to contact you. Basis: contract.
- Billing data — Paddle handles card and payment details; we receive your name, email, country, plan and transaction reference to manage your order. Basis: contract and legal obligation.
- Correspondence — what you send to hello@marj3.app, so we can reply. Basis: legitimate interest.
- Technical logs — IP address and browser details kept briefly by our hosting provider for security and to run the site. Basis: legitimate interest.
We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
3. Cookies
marj3.app uses no analytics and no advertising cookies. Your browser remembers only your language choice. When you open checkout, Paddle’s script loads and may set cookies it needs for payment and fraud prevention.
4. What we send to AI assistants
To produce a report we send the buyer questions and the brand and competitor names to AI providers (currently Anthropic; as coverage expands this may include OpenAI, Google and Perplexity). We do not send them your name or email.
5. Who we share data with
- Cloudflare — website hosting, network and email routing.
- Amazon Web Services — processing servers in the EU (Stockholm, Sweden).
- Google Workspace — our email inbox.
- Anthropic and the AI providers above — report questions only.
- Paddle, our merchant of record, an independent controller for payment data under its privacy policy.
- Our professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.
6. International transfers
Some providers process data outside your country or the EEA, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified providers) or Standard Contractual Clauses, and on the transfer safeguards required by Saudi, UAE and Kuwaiti law.
7. How long we keep data
- Order details and reports: while you are a customer, then up to 24 months after your last order, then deleted.
- Billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (in Bulgaria, generally up to 10 years).
- Correspondence that does not lead to an order: up to 24 months.
8. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@marj3.app; we reply within one month. These rights come from the EU GDPR, the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, and Kuwait’s Data Privacy Protection Regulation issued by CITRA. You can complain to Bulgaria’s Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or your local authority, such as SDAIA (Saudi Arabia), the UAE Data Office or CITRA (Kuwait).
9. Security
All connections use HTTPS and access to data is limited to those who need it. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
10. Changes
We will post updates here; the date above shows the current version. If the Arabic and English versions differ, the English version prevails.
