هذه الشروط تنطبق عندما تطلب تقريرًا من مرج٣ أو تشترك في المراقبة الشهرية. كتبناها بلغة واضحة قدر الإمكان.
١. من نحن
مرج٣ (marj3) منتج تابع لشركة Khatib Designs Ltd (Хатиб Дизайнс ООД)، وهي شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة مسجَّلة في صوفيا، بلغاريا، وتعمل تحت اسم KHD. عقدك عند استخدام مرج٣ هو مع هذه الشركة. للتواصل: hello@marj3.app.
٢. قبول الشروط
بطلبك أو دفعك أو استخدامك لمرج٣ فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. واستمرارك في الاستخدام بعد تحديثها يعني موافقتك على النسخة المحدَّثة.
٣. ما الذي نقدّمه
- تقرير واحد — 149 دولارًا أمريكيًا، مرة واحدة: نطرح ٨ أسئلة شراء بالعربية والإنجليزية على مساعد ذكاء اصطناعي متصل بالبحث، ونرسل لك من ذُكر، وبأي ترتيب، والصفحات التي صنعت الإجابة. نبلغك بموعد التسليم المتوقع عند تأكيد طلبك.
- مراقبة شهرية — 99 دولارًا شهريًا لعلامة واحدة: تقرير كل شهر مع الاتجاه عبر الزمن وتنبيه حين يتغيّر ترتيبك.
- وكالات — 349 دولارًا شهريًا لخمس علامات: تقارير منفصلة بعلامتك التجارية، قابلة لإعادة البيع لعملائك، ويُتفق عليها بالتواصل معنا.
الأسعار بالدولار الأمريكي، وتُحسب الضريبة عند الدفع. اليوم نقيس عبر مساعد واحد متصل بالبحث؛ تغطية محركات أخرى هي الخطوة التالية وليست جزءًا مما تشتريه الآن.
٤. طبيعة النتائج
التقرير يسجّل ما أجاب به مساعد الذكاء الاصطناعي وقت القياس. إجابات هذه المساعدات تتغيّر مع الوقت وصياغة السؤال والمستخدم، ونحن لا نتحكم بها. لذلك لا نضمن ترتيبًا معيّنًا ولا تحسّنًا في الظهور، والتقرير ليس استشارة قانونية أو مالية. حين يفشل البحث ولا يقرأ المساعد أي مصدر نُبلغ عن ذلك كانقطاع في القياس بدل احتسابه غيابًا، ونعيد القياس.
٥. ما تقدّمه أنت
تزوّدنا باسم علامتك وموقعها وسوقها، وأسماء منافسين إن رغبت. تؤكد أن لك صفة لطلب تقرير عن علامتك، وأن المعلومات صحيحة.
٦. الدفع والتجديد والإلغاء
تتم عملية الطلب لدينا عبر مُعيد البيع الإلكتروني Paddle.com. وتُعد Paddle.com التاجر المسجَّل (Merchant of Record) لجميع طلباتنا، وهي التي تتولى جميع استفسارات خدمة العملاء وتعالج المرتجعات.
- تنطبق شروط المشتري لدى Paddle على عملية الدفع، وهي التي تحصّل الضريبة المستحقة.
- اشتراكات المراقبة والوكالات تتجدّد تلقائيًا كل شهر بالسعر المعروض عند الاشتراك حتى تلغيها، وسنبلغك مسبقًا قبل أي تغيير في السعر.
- الإلغاء في أي وقت عبر الرابط في إيصال Paddle أو من paddle.net أو بمراسلتنا على hello@marj3.app. يستمر وصولك حتى نهاية الشهر المدفوع ولن تُخصم منك أي مبالغ لاحقة.
- الاسترداد وفق سياسة الاسترداد: استرداد كامل خلال ١٤ يومًا من أي دفعة.
٧. الاستخدام المقبول
لا يجوز استخدام مرج٣ لمخالفة القانون، أو الاحتيال، أو انتهاك حقوق الآخرين، أو التشهير بأي جهة، أو مهاجمة أنظمتنا أو جمع بياناتها آليًا، أو إعادة بيع التقارير إلا ضمن باقة الوكالات.
٨. الملكية الفكرية
نملك منصة مرج٣ ومنهجيتها ومجموعات الأسئلة والبرمجيات. لك أن تستخدم تقاريرك وتشاركها داخل عملك ومع مستشاريك، ولباقة الوكالات أن تعيد تقديمها لعملائها بعلامتها. نصوص إجابات المساعدات المقتبسة في التقرير مخرجات لأطراف ثالثة.
٩. التوفر والإيقاف
نعمل على إبقاء الخدمة متاحة دون أن نضمن خلوّها من الانقطاع أو الأخطاء. يحق لنا إيقاف الحساب عند الإخلال الجوهري بهذه الشروط أو عدم الدفع أو وجود خطر أمني أو احتيال، مع التنبيه مسبقًا متى كان ذلك معقولًا.
١٠. المسؤولية
لا يحدّ شيء هنا من مسؤولية لا يجوز قانونًا تحديدها. وفيما عدا ذلك لا نتحمل الخسائر غير المباشرة أو فوات الربح، وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية على ما دفعته لمرج٣ خلال الأشهر الاثني عشر السابقة للمطالبة. وتبقى لك حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية في بلدك.
١١. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية بلغاريا، وتختص محاكم صوفيا بالنظر في أي نزاع، مع احتفاظ المستهلك بحماية القوانين الإلزامية في بلد إقامته.
١٢. التعديلات والتواصل
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، ويبيّن التاريخ أعلاه آخر نسخة، وسنخطر المشتركين بأي تغيير جوهري قبل سريانه. للأسئلة: hello@marj3.app. عند أي اختلاف بين النسختين العربية والإنجليزية تُعتمد النسخة الإنجليزية.
These terms apply when you order a Marj3 report or subscribe to monthly monitoring. We have kept them plain.
1. Who we are
Marj3 is a product of Khatib Designs Ltd (Хатиб Дизайнс ООД), a limited liability company registered in Sofia, Bulgaria, trading as KHD (“we”, “us”). Your contract for Marj3 is with Khatib Designs Ltd. Contact: hello@marj3.app.
2. Accepting these terms
By ordering, paying for or using Marj3 you agree to these terms. If you keep using Marj3 after we update them, you accept the updated version.
3. What we provide
- One report — US$149, one-off. We ask 8 buyer questions, in Arabic and English, of a search-connected AI assistant and send you who was named, in what order, and which pages decided the answer. We tell you the expected delivery date when we confirm your order.
- Monthly monitoring — US$99 per month, one brand. A report every month, the trend over time, and an alert when your position moves.
- Agency — US$349 per month, five brands. Separate reports under your own brand, built to resell to your clients; arranged by talking to us.
Prices are in US dollars; tax is calculated at checkout. Today we measure through one search-connected assistant; coverage of other engines is what comes next, not part of what you are buying now.
4. What the results are — and are not
A report records what an AI assistant answered at the time we asked. These assistants change their answers over time, with wording and with the user, and we do not control them. So we do not guarantee any position or any improvement in visibility, and a report is not legal or financial advice. When a search fails and the assistant reads no sources, we report it as a measurement gap rather than count it as absence, and we re-run it.
5. What you provide
You give us your brand name, website and market, and competitor names if you wish. You confirm you are entitled to request a report about your brand and that the details are accurate.
6. Payment, renewal and cancellation
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to the payment, and Paddle collects any tax due.
- Monitoring and Agency subscriptions renew automatically each month at the price shown when you subscribed until you cancel. We will tell you in advance before any price change.
- Cancel any time from the link in your Paddle receipt, at paddle.net, or by emailing hello@marj3.app. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for and are not charged again.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy: a full refund within 14 days of any payment.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Marj3 to break the law, commit fraud, infringe anyone’s rights, defame any business, attack or scrape our systems, or resell reports except on the Agency plan.
8. Intellectual property
We own the Marj3 platform, its method, question sets and software. You may use and share your reports within your business and with your advisers; Agency customers may present them to their clients under their own brand. AI answers quoted in a report are third-party output.
9. Availability and suspension
We work to keep Marj3 available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend an account for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or a security or fraud risk, warning you first where reasonable.
10. Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect loss or loss of profit, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Marj3 in the 12 months before the claim. Your mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, and the courts of Sofia have jurisdiction. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where they live.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we will tell subscribers about significant changes before they apply. Questions: hello@marj3.app. If the Arabic and English versions differ, the English version prevails.
